Before you connect your Resonline Channel Manager to HRS, you will need to enable this connection on the HRS extranet.
Below instruction will lead you through the connectivity process and indicate specifics of HRS channel.
To connect ResOnline to HRS you will need to select the Resonline channel manager in HRS Extranet:
1.Logint to HRS extranet using the the hotel ID and password given by HRS Team
2.Under the tab “Channel Manager” enable ResOnline from a list of certified Channel Managers - click on the pen icon to the right of the Resonline Channel Manager name. (please note that the hotel can only fetch rooms in Resonline system after completing this step).
3.Login to Resonline and complete the mapping process.
You will only need to enter the HRS property ID on the mapping screen as Resonline is using a master username and password for all properties.
HRS Meal Plans update by ResOnline
Depending on your property setup on HRS, your hotel can be either a City Hotel or Holiday Hotel.
In regards to the meal plans, the City Hotel can only offer Breakfast, while a Holiday Hotel has option to enable various meal plans (Breakfast, Half board, Full board, All inclusive).
Those meal plans per rate plan are enabled via ResOnline using the text set in the Inclusions field of Yearly/Monthly Deals calendar.
If the Inclusions text contains one of the Key Words below, the correspondent meal plan will be enabled.
Note: the system will read these words regardless of the context they are used in, even if the Inclusions text states: "Not Breakfast", the system will still activate the HRS breakfast option for this rate plan.
Key Words for Meal Plans:
City Hotel - Breakfast
Holiday Hotel - Breakfast, Half board, Full board, All inclusive

Depending on your property setup on HRS, your hotel can be either a City Hotel or Holiday Hotel.
In regards to the Minimum Nights stay updates from Resonline, the Min Nights value from ResOnline's Yearly/Monthly Deals will be updated for all rate pans except the City Hotel's HRS standard Rate (no restrictions allowed).

Weekend Rate, TradeFair Rate, Special Rate - minimum nights are updates by Resonline
HRS standard Rate - The Minimum Nights update is not accepted for this rate plan. HRS standard Rate plan does not allow any restrictions.
Holiday Hotel:
Season Rate - - minimum nights are updates by Resonline
